What started as a sauna simple practice became a modern ritual.

For founders Katie and Em, the sauna offered a rare kind of space. A retreat from noise and demand, a return to presence. Wrapped in heat and enveloped in quiet, they felt something they wanted to carry into their everyday lives and share with others.

They saw sauna products, but nothing reflected the feeling around sauna - the calm, the warmth, the ease that lingers long after you step out.

SENA was created to change that, to make the ritual modern and fun with objects that look as good as they feel. Designed for sauna, sweat, and stillness.

That’s why the first SENA drops are the three essentials of any heat ritual - the sauna hat, the towel, and the robe. Each one is intentional:
