SENA Shipping Policy

Every SENA order is packed with care and sent from our studio in Perth, Western Australia.

Carriers & Timeframes

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Standard shipping: 4–7 business days

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During launch periods or restocks, please allow a little extra time — we’ll always communicate delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has left our studio, it’s in the hands of Australia Post. You can track your parcel via your confirmation email. If your delivery is delayed, contact Australia Post directly, or reach out to us at hello@senarituals.com and we’ll help guide next steps.
