Every SENA order is packed with care and sent from our studio in Perth, Western Australia.

Carriers & Timeframes

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Standard shipping: 4–7 business days

• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
During launch periods or restocks, please allow a little extra time — we’ll always communicate delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 AUD.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel leaves our studio, it’s carefully handed over to Australia Post for delivery.
If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking link or contact Australia Post directly for updates.
